Windows after rain

Open water doubles a facade, but a puddle edits it. A doorway, half a tree and one patch of sky can be enough.

Before the bridges wake

Early traffic has a rhythm of its own: delivery bicycles, a single tram in the distance, then a few minutes of almost nothing.

Brick in soft weather

Overcast light reveals repairs, old mortar and the slight lean of buildings that look perfectly straight at noon.
